Hiabee's Terms & Conditions — Know it, understand it, play safe

Hiabee (referred to herein as the "Platform", "we", or "us") operates an online Sports Betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all Hiabee services.

Hiabee may request identity verification at any time for age verification purposes. Failure to provide the required information within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

You are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering with Hiabee. Only one account per user is permitted.

• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Report any unauthorized access to your account to us immediately.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• To update your account details, please contact our support team.
• We strongly recommend keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.

Hiabee will never ask for your password or OTP over the phone or by email. Any such request is likely fraudulent.

Before placing a bet on Hiabee, please make sure you are familiar with the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Hiabee itself voids it.
• Hiabee reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a system error or incorrect odds.
• If a match or event is abandoned, all bets will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting change in real time — the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and market, and Hiabee reserves the right to change them at any time.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected on any match, Hiabee may withhold the payout pending investigation.

Hiabee supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services. Key payment rules are outlined below:

• Deposits start from a minimum of ৳200 BDT. The maximum limit depends on your account verification level.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–15 minutes, though additional verification may extend this timeframe.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Hiabee does not charge any transaction fees, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• Hiabee may request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.

Hiabee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, but the general rules are:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.
• Withdrawing a bonus requires meeting a specified wagering requirement (typically 5–10x).
• Bonuses have a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the validity period ends.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Upon direction from a court or law enforcement authority.

Whether the balance of a permanently closed account is refunded depends on the reason for closure. If closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
